Official Rules
- Staff persons, or their immediate family (parents, spouse, siblings, children) of MacDonald Broadcasting Company, other broadcast facilities, or sponsoring clients, are not eligible to win.
- Contest begins Monday November 5, 2012 at 7:00am and will continue through Tuesday November 20, 2012 at 6:00pm. Weekdays at 7:10am the WKCQ Morning Show will let listeners know when contest will be played that day. Contest will be played weekdays three times a day from 7:00am until 8:00pm. When the sounder is played on-air, the 9th caller at (989) 753-4498 or (800) 262-0098 will be the winner.
- Winners will receive two Meijer gift cards valued at $25.00 each and
a check for $98.00 from MacDonald Broadcasting.
- Must be 18 years old with valid identification to enter.
- MacDonald Broadcasting Company assumes no liability due to circumstances beyond our control; including but not limited to: prize provider going out of business or being sold, cancellation of event; or out of stock, discontinued items.
- Any prize may be substituted by the Station with a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is liable for any taxes, tips or other miscellaneous charges associated with the prize.
- Country Music Month Flyaway grand prize winners are not eligible for the contest.
8. One winner per household per contest.
9. The winning once every 45 day rule has been partially waived during this
contest. Individuals may play and win this contest if they have won a
prize of lesser value (under $500.00) in the previous 45 days. Once an
individual wins in this contest, they are not eligible to win in this contest
again or another contest for 45 days.
10. Prize is non-transferable.
11. Winner must claim their prize at MacDonald Broadcasting at 2000
Whittier St. Saginaw, MI, 48601 between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm
Monday through Friday. Winners must present a valid picture ID and
Social Security card for verification of number.
Winner’s checks for $98.00 will be available for pickup at the WKCQ
offices on the Friday of the following week after their win.
12. Winner agrees that by accepting entry and a prize, they consent to the
broadcast of promotion of their name, voice, and/or photo by WKCQ
either on air, on station website, or in television or print advertising.
13.MacDonald Broadcasting Company reserves the right to cancel a contest
at any time. Any and all rule changes will be announced and written
copies made available at our offices as soon as changes are made.
14. These rules may be changed at anytime at the discretion of MacDonald
Broadcasting Company.
15 Decision of the judges is final.
