Registration is open from Monday, February 25 thru Saturday, March 2 at NORTHWEST TIRE LOCATIONS in Saginaw and Midland.

Registeration hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8 a.m. til 6 p.m., and SATURDAY 8 a.m. til 4:30 p.m.
